The Babolat Boost D (Drive) tennis racquet was designed with beginner to recreational players in mind, and has a 100% graphite frame just like the top-selling performance tennis racquets, but at a fraction of the performance price.
It has the same Woofer String System technology as the performance line of Babolat rackets, and has pulley and piston functions, which allows all of the strings to work together to create extra power with less shock and vibration.
The frame has a 105 square inch head, comes in at a medium-weight of 9.8 ounces, and is made of 100% graphite. The 3 points head heavy balance helps with racket stability despite its low mass. The 16x19, open string pattern has squares in the stringbed big enough to bite plenty of the ball on contact, allowing the player to create more revolutions per second (aka spin) when needed.
